Firstly the buggy was described and images clearly shown. No problem if you changed your mind about the buggy I granted the returned. However sending the buggy back in a black sack is not properly packing the buggy and yes I recieved with damages as I explained to you. Because of the way you sent the buggy back I am unable to claim with the courier. I told you I was happy to partially refund you In which you then threatened to blacklist me.
