Item was poorly packed and arrived damaged because of the poor way it was packaged.I notified the seller straight away and included photos.My msg"s were all very polite and professional.All I asked for was a replacement rim.My request was ignored & not acknowledged by the seller. I had to contact Ebay to help me organize the return postage of the item for a refund.
