    GREAT sound !!

    These "Rockys" are FAR superior to the factory speakers AND the Pioneer 6X9's I took out! For my installation, I had to solder on new lugs to fit these speakers correctly, but that was easy enough. WELL worth the excellent price that I paid for these great quality speakers. The only downside for me was that I couldn't use the grilles provided in the kit. I wanted to advertise the Rockford-Fosgate emblem! My car came with 6x9's from the factory, so I refit the original panels after the install..

    speakers are good quality for 40$. easeof install depends on skill level. standard mounting holes . have make new mounting locations in rear deck of vehicle , depending on oem speakers. don't forget to insulate speaker frame or they will vibrate.. sound quality average not great. have to eq them to get good sound and u have rebias from front to rear.

    Install, sound

    The speaker came in and it was well packaged. They came with speaker wires, but I went with a better gauge wire so I didn't use it. I installed the speakers in a 06 dodge ram 1500. Even though the fronts say 6x9 I had to make a bracket so it could set right. I had to do the same for the rear. The sound after installation was great, it was more than I expected even the wife liked the sound.
