She waited 4 days to get a tracking number, and then she waited an additional 8 days after that to drop it off with USPS. She said that original label was "torn" and couldn't be scanned. Supposedly a "new" label was printed, but when I got the box, there was no evidence of a damaged label ever being adhered. She refunded 10% for the delay, otherwise this feedback would be negative.
