    "Keeping hydrated is parmount"

    Dr. Batmanghelidj is right on the mark. As a nation we are certainly prone to dehydration and being over medicated. Since reading his book I have become zealous about drinking at least 3L. of water per day and more when I sweat or perspire heavily during physical activity.
