For $12 in shipping costs, I expected a designer item like this to be packed in a box with some protective materials; it was shoved in a bag, that was partially punctured, I assume in transit, on the front, through the label. Thankfully the coat is just fine, and in lovely condition. I'm happy with my purchase, but I urge the seller to be more considerate of how the item gets to the buyer.
