    The collection point, Esso, didn't accept the package, it was then returned to sender with no option for diverting the delivery. The seller contacted royal mail multiple times & was told they get a lot of complaints about Esso as a collection point & that the return could take months due to strikes. Once returned about a month & a half later, the seller setup another listing to get the item to me. Glad to finally get the item & thanks to the seller for doing everything you could to sort it out.
