    Sadly I think that Anna and Elsa got separated in the post and the side of the ornament had a rather large chip on the corner but let me make it clear that in no way do I blame the seller who had sent the ornament out in good time and packed it quite well as far as I could see, I think it probably was damaged during transit but luckily think is salvageable with some care and superglue, so have decided to keep it, I would recommend this seller because they send things out quickly ,packed well.
