      Dress is exactly as described and Im pleased with it. Taking 12 days to get to me was too long especially as I had paid £4.25 postage. No explanation of slow delivery, I had to message to ask when I was likely to receive item after over a week. It has made me avoid this seller even when its items I would like to buy. Such a shame.

      Unfortunately i have absolutely no control over Royal Mail. I instantly replied when the buyer queried the delayed postal service and supplied all tracking numbers. The dress was posted before the dispatch date.
