    Great book with lovely pictures.

    Tasty recipes from France which are easy to follow. The fish with apples is amazing who'd have thought it? Great pictures to and a chance to cook real French recipes. Alsace pizza next!

    For the foodie

    Excellent showcase of French food. The recipes pitch themselves in the middle ground. They are not quick and easy but not too complex to put them out of reach for the home cook. Bought this second hand and achieving a £16 saving for a slightly marked dust cover was definitely worth it.
