    Delivery time was fine, product was fine, but it was the wrong product. The bottles were similar so it was an easy mistake to make. I did the same thing, opened it before realising. I contacted them, and it was days before a reply. Only offer they had was to return it at my cost which seemed wasteful, especially as it was their error. I'd have kept this bottle at a discount and reordered the right one. Then, no communication at all. Customer service fail.
