    Voice Recognition Poor - Only Works Occasionally

    My granddaughter was so excited when she opened this diary and later said it was her most favorite present. However, her enthusiasm faded soon when she entered her voice password and the diary accepted it, but then would only recognize it after about 4 or more tries, if at all. She tried setting easier passwords, but that didn't help either. So she ended up having to use the "secret" release button just to get it to open.
