    To begin with, these slippers were exactly as described, right down to the flaw in them (which wasn’t really that bad). Unfortunately they seemed to be a bit on the narrow/long side for me. I initiated a return, and was refunded unhesitatingly everything I spent on their initial purchase except return shipping (normal). They were initially shipped in a polyvinyl “sleeve” and at a very fair shipping rate. Overall this was a perfect transaction, without any problems. Thank you.
