    Lightweight is true

    I bought the Ambico V-0555 lightweight tripod to use with my smartphone and while it is usable...it is way too lightweight even for my smartphone. The lightweight here means flimsy. If I had to do over, I would not have bought this particular tripod. The crank does not adjust the head section smoothly, seems to bind as head section goes up or down. And the pan left/right section of the head does not move smoothly either. Pro: 1) Compact size, 2) lightweight Con: 1) Too flimsy, 2) Movements of head section are not smooth

    Very nice tripod

    Very nice tripod. I did not notice that it does NOT have a removable mount. But that is ok because it is aesy to demount a camers. And, the camera is very secure! It does not have a handcrank for elevation. But, easy the use. Nice Tripod. williamj591
