    A positive review for what was a bad experince due to Yodel losing my parcel!!! I cant fault the seller for trying to resolve the issue and ultimately providing a full refund without fuss. But the carrier Yodel are completey incompetent, their communication is childish (i.e lots of moaning without taking rsponsibility). I wish ebay sellers would choose a different delivery company, this is not the first time I have had my stuff lost and the culprit is always Yodel.
