  • Ridiculous but entertaining

Unlike most of Mary Balogh’s books the story in this one could never have taken place, yet it is entertaining and easy reading. The heroine is prettier than any other woman and the hero is remarkably handsome. As in all her novels the sex scene are detailed and imaginable.

  • Mary Balogh

This is one of Ms. Balogh's old books. It shows in that her writing has matured greately. However, everyone has to start somewhere, and if you don't appreciate the start, you can't appreciate the journey. In any case, it's still a good book and a nice read.
