Thank you very much, as I constantly need to restock on my scratch building supplies since local brick and mortar (especially Mom and Pop) retail hobby shops are becoming very scarce locally (and nationally)! I am down to two local full service hobby shops in NE Ohio, and only one model train store. He was very good about it and had great communication the whole time. He easily and quickly refunded me leaving my only real disappointment that I would not be able to complete my model. Today, after a month missing my order showed up and it is exactly as described and expected.
