    Okay except sound issues

    We needed to transfer VHS tapes to DVD format and I had another Player standing by. I found that the other Player gave the audio to us, but not this one; don't know why.

    Received dent on top. Inadequate packaging protection. Unit did not play or record until I purchased a Insignia wet VCR Video Head Cleaner and repeated the cleaning numerous times and finally got the unit function.
