    The record plays perfectly, which was fortunate because the packaging was not great. There was insufficient cardboard padding which meant there was a bend in the parcel when delivered.

    I find this unusual as I use sturdy cardboard and not a flimsy type to ensure this does not happen. I can only assume it has been manhandled by royal mail.
