    The item arrived very quickly and was well packaged. Unfortunately the sender sent the wrong item by mistake - human error. I informed them of this and they instantly responded. After I provided photos they admitted their error immediately and tried to locate the correct part in their warehouse but as it was a rare part they couldn’t. They apologied sincerely and provided a full refund. Mistakes happen and the way this seller dealt with this was open, honest and swift. Excellent service.
