    Item didn't arrive. Tried tracking number, Royal Mail said they hadn't received it. Emailed seller to let them know and ask them to look into it. NO REPLY OR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FROM THEM AT ALL. Had to put in a claim and get a refund. Ebay advised the tracking number wasn't valid. I understand things go missing in the post sometimes, but why wouldn't you reply to a simple request? Just an acknowledgement, apology, anything!
