My only complaint is that this handbag did not have the brass looking "feet" on the bottom which are present on my other Michael Kors handbag which is the same style. However, I do not blame the seller for this omission. Furthermore, I did ask the seller for more information and received the answer very quickly. Also the bag was wrapped extremely well for shipping.
