    Listing photos showed the hat displayed with care. The item was shipped crumpled in a thin polybag and forced into an undersized box with no padding, arriving crushed and misshapen. Packaging did not meet basic standards for a structured hat. Seller’s messages during negotiation were curt and dismissive. Accountability and care were lacking.

    Hat was shipping in a standard size box for hats, which we have shipped hundreds of times before without issue. We can only apologize for it being mishandled by the USPS during shipping. This item has returns available but buy has not taken advantage of this.
