    condition great - but some keys not work...

    condition great - but some keys not working - so i have to put a sticker on keys so as not to mess up. no 1 key top row on keyboard not working so have to use no 1 key on pad right side. shift key on right hand side not working. so have to remember to use shift key on left side. i will still use keyboard.

    Good value new keyboard but check the keyboard language layout.

    For those of us who miss the old wired Apple keyboard this represents good value at about half the price of the new wireless one. HOWEVER be aware that although it is sold as a European layout there are as many different European keyboard layouts as there are countries. This one I found out from the vendor is a Portuguese layout, something that should have been specified in the advert I think. To use it you have to go to System Preferences/Keyboard/Input Sources/add and chose from the list. Input source languages you choose can be displayed and changed in the menu bar - useful if you use an English laptop and a remote keyboard as I do. The layout is QWERTY as usual but the punctuation and symbol layout is different and there is Euro symbol but not Pound sterling.

    Good ergonomics, less than wonderful long-term reliability.

    Like this keyboard more than any other I've ever used. Primarily because of the small travel distance of the keys. Makes my two-fingered typing almost speedy and reduces number of mis-hit keys for me. Black lettering on white background is more user-friendly in various lighting conditions. It's quiet in use too. Downside is that these appear to break down relatively early in their life, if the number of defective ones on ebay and my personal experience are anything to go by. I'm on my third in 15 years and that's with what i would class as below average usage hours per day.

    Great keyboard, near perfect refurb, but not quite...

    The keyboard arrived apparently in perfect working order and in very good condition. However, after a week's use, the "p" key started to function erratically. It now works about 60% of the time, meaning I always have the computer's internal keyboard open as an alternative. I really like the refurbished keyboard otherwise, and I have a high tolerance for things that aren't quite right, so I'll probably put up with this until the "p" key deteriorates further or others start to fail.

    Great to have a genuine wired Apple Keyboard again!

    I have tried 2 wireless 3rd party replacement keyboards and now I'm happy to have bought this wired refurbished model. Why? Because: It is great quality - condition is 'as new' as far as I can tell - and that is top Apple quality not cheap Chinese plastic. Doesn't require a battery. Is full size - you forget how convenient it is having the numeric keyboard and most importantly for me... I was having problems with my Mac and needed to boot it into safe mode using keyboard controls - something I couldn't do with my wireless bluetooth keyboards. OK - It does take up a USB port - but hardwired if an option - surely has to be better for fault finding.
