      Alcatel is a good phone unfortunately the seller was less than a good seller. The description did not disclose blemishes that are on the closed phone screen and the open phone screen, a half circle on bottom.1 photo showing that the closed phone screen had a partial display of date and time. I just thought it was a bad picture because the seller did not write anything in the description. Lazy and very Snotty. I did not request a refund I don't want my money back I need a backup phone

      Beware of this buyer... they sent me multiple messages at all hours of the night, so much so that I had to block them. I answered all of their questions regardless. The listing showed accurate pictures of the phone and the screen. This was a used flip phone that I accepted their best offer for... very confused as to why they felt the need to leave this feedback when I have 100% feedback and hundreds of satisfied customers. I guess there's always bad apples in the bunch.
