    Acquired 1967 Topps Baseball Card For Reasonable Price

    I purchased a 1967 Topps Card (Card 30, Al Kaline Detroit Tigers) for under $12.00 in excellent condition. This card usually sells for over $15.00 in this shape. Kaline was an excellent player for the Detroit Tigers for many years despite being injury prone later in his career. He won several gold gloves for his fielding. I read where Kaline was employed in various capacities for The Tigers Organization for over 60 years until his death. That's remarkable loyalty for anyone consider most of us work for several employers during our lifetime. I bought this card because of the player first but also because I found it to be a bargain at the price it sold for.
