Was consistently advised to wait for replacement lids at a later date, I explained that theres a time limit to rectify returns before it’s too late. But kept receiving replies that it was a minor issue that could be resolved by seller at a later date (not what I wanted!) was informed numerous times that seller was a worker! The lid was scratched, I wasn't aware that you burn the candle with the lid on whilst admiring it as an ornament. The lids get damaged in the stores because of the way they they are stacked on top of each other without protection. I offered to source 2 new lids for you and post out asap and as you were using these as a sentimental gift for Christmas this seemed perfectly reasonable, it's November. The candles were not damaged just the lid. Sellers beware p.i.t.a buyer now blocked.
