    Overall a positive buying experience. Card was competitively priced and condition is as described. Listing said free USPS Ground Advantage (which I didn't think would actually happen with a $4.00 card) and was actually shipped untracked with a stamp. The PWE was ripped half open upon receipt but I don't place blame on the seller and fortunately the toploader was still floating around inside so all in all, it was fine. I would only purchase low end cards from this seller given the shipping.
