    This was a situation where the post office played hide-and-seek with this order. Neither the seller nor myself could pinpoint exactly where the package was after the supposed delivery day. In the end, he refunded my money. And, by chance, the stamps arrived a day after he had done so. To make up for this, I have bought a number of stamps from this seller since then. I thank him for his timely communication and patience. I was also happy to eventually receive this particular set of stamps.
