    Great torch if you use own batteries.

    This torch is sturdy metal. The batteries provided were either too old or weak and I mistakenly thought the beam was weak but wow ! as soon as I used my own new batteries was very impressed. Great value.

    Good torch but needs production revision to stop leds failing

    Well built torch but it tends to destroy the leds due to being over-run at too high a voltage. If you use a shorting link/dummy aaa cell in place of one batteries, reducing the voltage down from 6volts to 4.5volts then no leds blow. The brightness is reduced but the torch is still quite usable. I recommend this product but with reservations.

    Jacket pocket size with great illumination

    Bought for walking the dogs at night. Has a very long range without loss of light. Small and light enough to fit comfortably in your jacket pocket. Nice wide beam of light.
