good value for money
Works fine, same as original manufacture product. Only downside is that because it is reconditioned it does not reset the ink levels in the computer memory, so every time I want to print I get a message saying 'ink level low, please re-order', I then have to click on my laptop to say ok and click on my printer to accept. Doing this every time is tedious.. but, for the difference in price it's something I can bear..Works fine, same as original manufacture product. I am so disappointed
Great hopes for this but it does not work in my Dell printer. I have had this problem with other suppliers but I just can't afford the "real" Dell cartridges. This may well be enough to put me off further Dell products, despite having two of their computers. There is here a good business for someone who can produce identical cartridges - just haven't found them yet.

I have a dell V305w printer and needed the ink as it was recommended by dell because it came with the printer when the printer was purchased. Therefore could not buy a different ink for the printer.
