Do not order from this seller.i ordered a belt as below to fit 26 to 45 inch waist but it came and was a medium 30 inch waist no got to me I contacted the seller and asked eBay for a return for a got a few phone calls from a number not know to me and it was the seller saying it must have been a bad batch and to give it to charity and he would refund me right away.so I cancelled the return and waited nothing in the form of a refund has appeared and he is not returning my message on eBay. also

Im really sorry for problem which was genuine mistake. I went in & thought I issued refund via the return request (as promised) while you were on the phone. I then received confirmation message stating that the case was closed so thought everything had been done .On checking, it looks like you closed case in trust which is very unusual . But I think I tried to issue refund at exactly the same time as you were closing the case & as a result refund failed - sorry - I have done it again now !
