This leg cover is ideal for me. As a wheelchair user getting rained on is never fun. The rain collects on my legs as the are exposed as a results of my seated position. The cover allows the water to run off. Keeping my dry and warm as the 'apron' also acts as a wind break

It's a little small. I'm 5'4" with thin legs and it is tight between the waist and knee. A taller person would have trouble. I can't lower my legs easily as the apron is snug. When I bring my feet back up from the ground, the apron bunches up. It's great for long rides - no wind gets through. But for stop and go in the city, I wish it were a bit bigger. The quality is very nice though.

Good quality. Can be used with scooters with a central "tunnel" (i.e. without a totally flat footboard.) On some kinds of scooter you may need to take care at speeds greater than 60MPH (due to "flapping"), but so far has proved excellent. Due to the furry lining I would suggest that this isn't ideal for a hot summer's rainstorm (too warm), but is great for our more temperate climate.

This is easy to clip on around your waist and keeps you warm without flapping about. I use it on a mobility scooter. It is easy to store in the bag which comes with it.

It is good value for money and I like using it. I would prefer the waist strap to be longer so that I could fasten it over my coat instead of underneath it. I am a plus sized lady but no larger waist size than an guy would have.
