Excellent service, for the price great product. Disappointed though it wasn't what it said on the tin.... NOT 10" deep mattress only 8", queried had we actually received Harper mattress, told to leave it 48 hours unrolled, was left for couple of weeks it didn't gain the extra 2 inches.

The seller was extremely helpful telling us when things were dispatched and when they would arrive. There were 2 plastic feet missing out the package and seller got them in the post straight away. First bed arrived with Headboard smashed and footboard chipped . Sent a replacement ,Headboard OK footboard practically smashed in half .sent a 3rd replacement all OK.Got to say the office staff were courteous at all times and did nor question sending replacements , but a bit peeved my guests ended up sleeping on a mattress on the floor. That said once bed was up it's not bad for the price.
