All items are stocked from our UK warehouse and we will ship your order quickly and efficiently. All Free Economy services are fully tracked, meaning you can track the whereabouts of your order at all times. You will also be able to select a Faster Express tracked delivery option at checkout.
 
DELIVERY
At SPARES2GO, we offer free fully tracked economy delivery for all UK orders and localities. Once your order is placed, you will receive a unique carrier tracking code that will enable you to track the whereabouts of your order at all times. Typically most shipments arriving via free tracked shipping will be delivered within 2-3 business days. Please note that in some localities and depending on the time of the year, delivery speeds can take longer than advertised. If there has been a delay with your shipment, please use your unique tracking code to determine the whereabouts of your parcel with the shipping carrier. Please note, we run an automated system on eBay and the address details that arrive in our system from eBay are the details input at the checkout page and this is the address that we have to ship the order to. WARRANTY and RETURNS
Each spare part is covered by a comprehensive 6 month warranty. Should your product(s) arrive damaged by the carrier or faulty, we will either issue a replacement or refund your item(s) free of charge for you. All items sold are new & unused unless otherwise stated and should therefore be returned in the same saleable condition. We will accept any items back for refund if they are returned to us in original, unopened packaging and are in an unused condition - complete with original untarnished packaging (boxes and packaging must also be returned in the same saleable unblemished condition). Refunds will be made of the purchase price paid if returned within 60 calendar days of receipt. Returns postage and packaging costs should be met by the buyer unless the item is either damaged or faulty. If goods are damaged or faulty please notify us through eBay messaging to enable us to issue you with a pre-paid returns label. Once we have received your item using the pre-paid returns label a refund will then be given unless a replacement has been issued prior to return. All goods returned must be arranged prior to sending via the eBay messaging service. This will enable us to assist you more thoroughly with your request and to deal with any difficulties. Refunds will only be issued if the buyer encloses within the return a copy of the purchase invoice, a brief explanation as to why the item is being returned, and also their eBay user name, ID and home address. The refund will be by the same method used as the original payment.

    Fits Nilfisk Buddy, Top Quality.

    I bought this kit for my new Nilfisk Buddy which is for use in my living rooms and workshop but has plastic tubes and an outdoor-type floor nozzle. Nilfisk calls the attachment system 36D but it measures 35mm diameter so I took a chance and bought this kit named for Miele 35mm. The quality is outstanding for the price, the fittings are better made than the original Nilfisk (quality brand) parts. The telescopic tube is solid and smooth, the hard/soft combination floor nozzle is as good as on my old Miele. Thoroughly recommended no-brainer.

    Not a good fit for Miele

    It's a shame; you get so much with his kit and the extending action of the tube works well but the ends of the tube are thin and sharp and do not fit or grip my Miele cleaner hose very well; constantly falling off or having to be pushed in hard. The original tube had a plastic collar and rim at each end which fitted the hose and attachments securely, this does not.

    Miele vacuum attachments

    This is not a miele branded accessories - its actually way better. The miele one is heavy.This one is a joy to use - light and really very good. i much prefer it to actual miele product. It fits onto my miele vacuum. Its light and easy to use. Highly recommend this produce and great value for money.

    good value for money, solid components.

    Its good value for £10 but does not compare with the Miele. The brush head rotates ,its floppy and its difficult to remove the tube without the clip buttons it sticks on hard. However if your Miele is quite old and the brush has worn which mine has this enables you to extend its life for a while to decide which new model to buy.
