Thus far, I have only used it twice to cut round biscuits of a larger diameter than I was able with a dingle SS cutter. In the future, I shall attempt to use the fluted side to bake Linzer cookies and such. There are many more expensive cutting sets available made from other materials. But this does the job and fits in a nice little box that does not occupy too much drawer space.
