Only issue that I had was I had to re drill some of the holes as they were not fully drilled. Managed to put it up myself with minimal effort. Overall the condition is fair for the price that I paid, does the job for what’s intended.

However, it looks nice and it can take my weight and I look forward to sitting on it in better weather!

The seller's delivery time was let down by the courier - my item sat in their delivery hub about 20 miles away for an extra day, was delivered Friday evening despite a tracking check earlier in the day telling me it wasn't yet out for delivery!
