Buy it you will be blown away how much it looks like Hitchcock filmed it in colour. but he didn't.
Excellent film and in colour. Will fit in nicely with black and original Hitchcock films. VINCE Vaughn did an excellent job filming it so it looks like Hitchcock 's.filmed it in colour. Loved it.

FANTASTIC REMAKE.
I watched this when it first came out in 2002 and thought it was brilliant, I'd not seen the original at that point so had no comparison for it. Since watching the original I feel like this is an excellent remake of a classic, scary in more of a predictable way now because we now know what to expect and when to expect it from this film don't we! Still in it's own right it's very good and very gripping. excellent film and is a classic i reccomend to buy
psycho is a very good remake of the original, it keeps suspence in its maximun level, it has good a good cast, but i have to say that if you put me to choose between the original and this new version, i prefer the original one .

Alfred Hitchcock'ss Psycho was a film of intelligience and back it the 60s, it was a break from films around gothic castles and werewolves. It showed how sinister reality can be. Now the remake is pretty much the same. Anne Heche isn't as good as Janet Leigh, she is such a stern character that we can't sympathise for her. The shower scene, was different, the killer wore a pink robe and !?blonde curly hair?!? The psycho music was still kept and boy, heche can scream! The stormy clouds appearing in her mind as the knife plunges into her was cool, but hardly staggeringly new. The other characters, (Julianne Moore, Casper Van Dien, William H Macy and Vince Vaughan) all seemed to be about the same as the old chaarcters, though Vince Vaughan at Anthony Perkins is laughable.
