Disloyal gangster Larry Malone realises that, if he can set up his brother Dave to take out rival gang leader Murphy and then rat out his sibling to the authorities, he can clear the way for the elaborate plans to gain full control of his own crime family. This course of action seems to go through without a hitch for Larry... until, that is, Dave is able to produce a fake video providing himself with an alibi. Now suspicious of his brother, Dave begins to question Larry's aggressive actions, prompting the bloodthirsty Larry to commission Murphy's son Johnny, who's out for revenge, to assassinate Dave once and for all. All hell soon breaks loose in this carnage-filled, brother-versus-brother British crime opus.

This film was made by Dave Courtney, a well known underworld "face" with appearances from an assortment of characters who themselves were faces in their time. There is even ex Eastenders actors, even a former glamour model. These people are clearly having a great time making the film however it was never going to be a Hollywood blockbuster. I love it because it puts faces to names and immortalizes them on film. Many of the actors have written autobiographies and have indeed served many years behind bars. It's a very entertaining story in the gangster genre and I personally would like to see it become a cult classic. So ebayers look out for it and if you've got a spare fiver it's well worth the laugh. Who said crime doesn't pay? Hats off to you Mr Courtney!! By the way the seller of my copy ... hell to pay
I have used to live in london at the time this film was supposed to be. In the 60s 70s and believe me this film portrays the dark side if you can understand the dialogue,never mind the language, but that,s london for you.As the film goes on you start to see all the inaccuracies.As the film nears the end I was crying with laughter, it was better than the gun fight at the OK Corral,watching the villian running around in a long overcoat is hysterical then walk away with two shotguns over his shoulder was quite honestly an insult to any villain. THIS FILM MAY BE FUNNY HA!HA!BUT NOT COMICAL IN THE AMUSING SENSE OF THE WORD IT IS BLOODTHIRSTY AND VIOLENT IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE WAY, BE WARNED........... ,I have used to live in london at the time this film was supposed to be. this film was recommended by a friend and being a dave courtney fan, thought it was quite good. plenty of action and billy murray played an excellent baddie

dave courtney hell to pay
typical english villian movie, but with 100% genuine villains. Dave courtney and Bill Murray turn this film into a real adventure into the uk gangland underworld, there is humour, and plenty of violence. a brilliant 1st movie, cant wait to see the next one. well done Dave courtney, another string to your ever growing Bow.
