One of my favourites.
A brilliant film. Full of useful hints and tips about how to rob a bank. Apparently it's always best to rob them on a day when they have money. Who knew ? The two actors were very good. Al someone and the other guy. As a bonus, they didn't make Dog Day 2, so that's good.

Really good off the wall classic film.
Very good quality picture on dvd, delivery spot on , film a young Al Pacino in a tongue in cheek bank robbery quite funny in places.

Very late review on a great film
Somebody told me this is a fine movie, I'd never seen it, so around 43 years after its release, I bought a copy. Yeah, brilliant drama. Tight script, great desperate characters, very well acted, and a true story. Usually true stories leave me cold, but this is remarkable and bizarre. If you've seen this movie, take no more notice of me, if you haven't, take a chance.
