    Exact OEM part that I needed. Quick Delivery

    Doesn't Appear to Be an OEM part as Represented.

    It seems to fit and will likely work fine once I install it. However it seems to miss the mark in terms of it being an OEM part. You can see the discrepancy between the Nutone picture of my old unit, which matches the listing picture, and the picture of what I actually received. The electric ratings differ slightly also. Not enough to be a deal killer, but it is enough to be mildly annoying on the truth spectrum.

    Does what it's supposed to do

    Bought as a replacement for an old, failing Nutone exhaust fan motor. Hubby reports change-out was simple, basically just a plug-in. New motor has been running smoothly for weeks and we expect it will last for years. Our memory is that the original fan ran a bit quieter (but it could be our memory is defective on that score). That would be our only small complaint.

    Upgraded thermal overload switch

    I had to replace my old one because the thermal cutoff fuse blew. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that this new heating element has what appears to be a bimetal temperature overload switch in place of the fuse - which means the next time my blower overheats, I won't have to replace it again! Great redesign, Nutone / Broan!!

    I like it!

    Nice fan, easy to install just plug it in and you're set. The only problem was getting the small screws in overhead to mount the assembly. One dropped screw landed in my pocket - not to be found until an alternate screw was found!
