I bought this movie becuse I liked it. It's funy and there is some hilarious actin, and Reno is one of my favorit actors.

Hot Damn!
I had been reccomended this film by a friend, as I like foreign films, and am a big fan of Jean Reno. I was not dissappointed! Reno plays his usual, some might say, arrogant and brash character, a french cop, being forced on leave because of his brutal, unconventional ways of working. He gets a blast from the past though, when an ex love is found dead, and he finds he has a daughter. The film starts in France, then moves to Japan. The contrast between the "j-pop" culture of the city life and the beautiful scenery of Kyoto is refreshing, and Reno seems to fit in regardless! I would highly reccomend this a, if youre a foreign film fan (jap and french audio, subbed) b, if you like fast paced action films ( Reno beating up Yakuza with golf clubs!) and c, if you fancy something a bit different ...
