Very disappointing. Car cover arrived roughly packaged in what looked like bin bags.Not at all like the advertised photos, i.e a neatly packaged case.It was obviously a "return".Contacted the seller for an exchange for what I'd paid for, a NEW car cover.But was completely ignored. I was refunded in full though. My advice,..don't bother.Badly run business.

Fast dispatch, carefully packaged, with the challenge to unwrap. But the box which has arrived DOES NOT MATCH THE DESCRIPTION AND PHOTOS PROVIDED. The seller asked me to return the box for the refund but why should I pay the return postage £3.19? It was not my fault that the seller sent to me the box WITHOUT LID. Poor communication. Disappointing experience.
