Great insight into a time of music mayhem...
Great director and documentary style approach makes you feel like you’re witnessing something quite special. Personally I always felt that I wish I had been to the Hacienda and had missed out, let’s just say it was good for the music at the time but I feel that it was no cavern.

Great movie,fab quality and cheap as budgie!
I love music and enjoyed watching 24hour party people,can highly recommend,great music,witty English humor,plus a bit history from behind the music scene in Manchester in 80s-90s! If you enjoy happy Monday's,new order,joy division,sex pistols...etc,deff one to see!

Possible the best decade of music in the world!
If you remember the term Madchester, and bands like the Happy Mondays and Stone Roses, you'll remember the period of time where music forgot about London .... everything was all about Manchester and its growing music scene. Since the early 90s though, its all faded away but for those who remember it, its one periof of time that will stick in their minds forever. Now to the film .... to put it in simple terms, it based on the success of the Manchester music scene and how it all came about. It has its funny parts and some seriosu ones too ... but whether you rate the film as good or bad, its all about the memories it will bring back. Steve Coogan plays the lead role perfectly and is accompnied by some great lookalikes of the band members ... as well as some of the real band members having ...
