I made the mistake of upgrading the phone to the latest firmware. This made it run out of charge very quickly (3-4 hours). Though after turning off basically any option I could, I can now get a reasonable days-worth of battery life. My usage consists of mainly standby, music, and call/text in that order. If you are planning on getting this phone, think about whether updating is worth it to you.

We recommend this phone for anyone who does not want the larger apple or samsung phones available on the market. The iPhone 5S is now one of the newest (in addition to the 5c) phones available that still comes in a smaller easy to use size. There are plenty of other brands of phones that are available at a similar sized, but as far as the two majorly controlling companies go (Samsung and Apple), this is the smallest phone available that at the current moment, has not become incompatible with the new features offered. The iPhone 6 and 6S size is not for everyone, and this just may be the size most compatible for you!
It has been a revolutionary product since last significant iPhone 4. Thanks to the Touch ID, I can unlock the phone with only one click of my thumb. But it still needs improvements to be working when your finger is wet or not that clean. With the M7 co-processor, the sensors data becomes more accurate and green, less power consuming. The device is light enough, and has a good feel in hand. Especially, the gold color back makes it looks luxury and makes royalty.
