      The cd looks new, but has audio problems.

      The recording quality itself is poor. Low volume, have to turn it way up to hear and it plays much stronger on the right side. New vehicle and other cds play great.

      Road trip fiesta music from a Gringo. One of a kind sound.

      Growing up in the early 70s my family had an RV and this was the 8-track tape we played every time for the start of a journey out of town. We called it our traveling tape. It has a festive road trip feel to it that got the mood set for the vacation. Now that I am a grandparent with a RV, the old 8-track tape was gone and finding this gem of a CD was awesome. It's exactly as I remembered. I always thought Herb Albert was a Mexican guy who made it big in the states. But he is not Mexican. Google his story, it makes the music even better. Not just great music, but music from a good man. This is a family tradition I am handing down to the grandkids.

      A Blast from the Past

      This is an album that I had on cassette tape 30 years ago. A while back I started trying to find it on CD without much luck. Then I found it on E-Bay. This is an awesome album. Herb Albert's music is timeless, and very upbeat and fun to listen to. This collection of his hits is a real keeper. Trying to guess which one was the theme to the Dating Game show was fun (it is Spanish Flea)and his version of Love Potion #9 is out of this world. I would highly recommend this album for a trip down memory lane.

      GREATEST HITS BY HERB ALPERT CD,OCT 1990

      JUST LOVE IT.BRINGS ME BACK TO THE MUSIC THEY PLAYED ON THE DATING GAME AND OTHER GAME SHOWS OF THE 1960'S . I CHECKED OUT THE CD AT MY LAST YEAR AND DECIEDED TO BUY FOR MY ENJOYMENT. I SEEMS THAT. MUSIC LIKE THAT ARE OR SO ARE MAKING A COMEBACK I DONT THINK TODAYS MUSIC IS NOT ENJOYABLE. I ALWAYS WILL PREFER OLDIES THAN MUSIC OF TODAY.
