All items are stocked from our UK warehouse and we will ship your order quickly and efficiently. All Free Economy services are fully tracked, meaning you can track the whereabouts of your order at all times. You will also be able to select a Faster Express tracked delivery option at checkout.
 
DELIVERY
At SPARES2GO, we offer free fully tracked economy delivery for all UK orders and localities. Once your order is placed, you will receive a unique carrier tracking code that will enable you to track the whereabouts of your order at all times. Typically most shipments arriving via free tracked shipping will be delivered within 2-3 business days. Please note, we run an automated system on eBay and the address details that arrive in our system from eBay are the details input at the checkout page and this is the address that we have to ship the order to. WARRANTY and RETURNS
Each spare part is covered by a comprehensive 6 month warranty. Should your product(s) arrive damaged by the carrier or faulty, we will either issue a replacement or refund your item(s) free of charge for you. All items sold are new & unused unless otherwise stated and should therefore be returned in the same saleable condition. We will accept any items back for refund if they are returned to us in original, unopened packaging and are in an unused condition - complete with original untarnished packaging (boxes and packaging must also be returned in the same saleable unblemished condition). Refunds will be made of the purchase price paid if returned within 60 calendar days of receipt. Returns postage and packaging costs should be met by the buyer unless the item is either damaged or faulty. If goods are damaged or faulty please notify us through eBay messaging to enable us to issue you with a pre-paid returns label. Once we have received your item using the pre-paid returns label a refund will then be given unless a replacement has been issued prior to return. All goods returned must be arranged prior to sending via the eBay messaging service. This will enable us to assist you more thoroughly with your request and to deal with any difficulties. Refunds will only be issued if the buyer encloses within the return a copy of the purchase invoice, a brief explanation as to why the item is being returned, and also their eBay user name, ID and home address. The refund will be by the same method used as the original payment.

    Easy to fit and keeps sparrows out!

    My boiler has been wrecked by sparrows entering the flue and nesting inside the boiler. This cage was easy to fit, even though it was located 25’ up an outside wall. Three holes are drilled to fit, using screws and penny washers. It seems a bit large for the small flue pipe; but this was the smallest cage I could find. I just wished the original central heating engineer had fitted one in the first place.

    Good value but could be slightly improved.

    It was good value. The quality is adequate. The power coating could be improved by putting the oven support hook in a different place away from where the boiler flu gases pass after it is installed. The support hook means there is a small breach in the plastic coating and this was already showing a bit of rust before I installed it. Other than that it is fine.

    Just Right

    Just had the gas fitter round to inspect the flue and he offered to fit the new cage. I would have scored a five but one of the brackets was in a different place to that on the old one, and a new hole had to be drilled.
