Soothing music
I'm a CNA at a nursing home and one of my residents has this CD playing I found it to be very relaxing and being 40 I found it funny that there was another movie that Christopher Reeve was in besides Superman that I didn't know about but yes a very nice calming CD with calming instruments

My favorite movie of all time
I'll never forget the first time I saw this movie in 1980. I was in love with it. Have seen it a million times. The funny thing is when I met a friend in 1992, we we're discussing things we liked he sat down to his piano and played "Rhapsody on a theme of Paganini". I almost fell over. He said do you know what movie this is from? I gasp "Somewhere in Time", my favorite movie of all time. He couldn't believe I knew the song and loved this movie it was his favorite! He use to go to the Grand Hotel every summer with his family on Macinaw Island. He was originally from Lansing, Michigan. What a wonderful influence in my life he was. I miss him terribly. He died of lupus in Aug 1999. So hard to believe my "Poetry in Motion" is gone. This ... I'll never forget the first time I saw this movie in 1980. I was in love with it. Original-Somewhere In Time CD
I bought this cd because I had purchased the cassette when it was first released close to 30 years ago. I remembered this movie and the music and did a search for it on Ebay. There were several choices but I selected the original soundtrack and am not dissapointed. It is a nice clear, crisp sound. It is exactally like I remember but with better quality than the cassette(of course) . If you are looking for music that is sure to soothe your nerves and yet invigorate you, Somewhere In Time is for you.I bought this cd because I had purchased the cassette when it was first released close to 30 years ago. Awesome Musical Score for my Favorite Movie of All Time!!!!
I bought this CD, Again, because the previous CD I'd had, was stolen out of my car, along with the rest of my CD's, (that I've been trying to replace) when my car was broken into a few months ago. the Music on this soundtrack is Romantic, Moving, and makes you feel like your right there with the stars of the movie....feeling what they're feeling. A Great Movie
The price was the best I could find. The disc was either new or like new. Can't tell. The movie is a classic with incredible music. The story has a special appeal for anyone who has lost someone.
