    The Schnizzle for PEEK

    I run a Chinese water cooled spindle at 24000 RPM. Combined with these little babys I get great results when making small parts in PEEK material. Single flute endmills are really good when running high RPMs. It allows for better chip clearing. I use single flute endmills for aluminium too. I hardly ever wear one of these guys out. I usually break them by doing something stupid. Like, hmmm not spinning the mill up.
