DELIVERY

WARRANTY and RETURNS

Each spare part is covered by a comprehensive 6 month warranty. Should your product(s) arrive damaged by the carrier or faulty, we will either issue a replacement or refund your item(s) free of charge for you. All items sold are new & unused unless otherwise stated and should therefore be returned in the same saleable condition. We will accept any items back for refund if they are returned to us in original, unopened packaging and are in an unused condition - complete with original untarnished packaging (boxes and packaging must also be returned in the same saleable unblemished condition). Refunds will be made of the purchase price paid if returned within 60 calendar days of receipt. Returns postage and packaging costs should be met by the buyer unless the item is either damaged or faulty. If goods are damaged or faulty please notify us through eBay messaging to enable us to issue you with a pre-paid returns label. Once we have received your item using the pre-paid returns label a refund will then be given unless a replacement has been issued prior to return. I’m a complete novice when it comes to power tools but this was so easy to use! It has a little torch on it too so you can see precisely what you’re doing. I managed to put up all of my instruments on my wall thanks to it! It came fast too so that’s a plus!
